Advance booking, opening hours and prices – find all the information you need for a smooth and efficient school or childcare centre outing.

The educational service undertakes various activities to make preparation of a visit easier: a free visit for teachers or accompanying adults to plan their visit, and phone or email contact with the cultural museum guide prior to the visit.

Advance booking by email is mandatory for all services offered by the museum. To be valid, your quote must be signed and returned by email or post.

For all cancellations, please inform our services at least 72 hours before the date of your visit.

While we encourage you to book group visits when the museum is open to the public (see calendar below), it’s also possible to visit outside our opening hours, especially during the low season. To do so, follow the booking procedure described above.

Parking for coaches, located above the Chemin des Maquisards, is connected to the museum forecourt by a pedestrian walkway running along the polar garden.
